Key Information Before Placing Your Order

• Custom Orders Are Final: Due to the nature of custom printing, all submissions are non-refundable once uploaded.

• Processing Time: Orders typically take 2-3 business days (Monday to Friday) for production. We do not print on weekends.

• File Specifications: Submit a 300 DPI PNG file at the correct size. We print files exactly as received, so ensure your design is final.

File Submission Guidelines

• Do NOT mirror your artwork – submit your design exactly as it should appear when pressed onto fabric.

• If you require color consistency from a previous order, please mention the specific printer in the notes section.

• No Screenshots or Watermarked Images – only high-resolution files will be accepted.

• White backgrounds will be printed—please ensure transparency where needed.

Application Instructions

Suitable for cotton & polyester blends of any color
Apply at 315°F for 20 seconds (reduce heat for polyester materials)
Use firm pressure with a heat press
Warm Peel: Allow 30 seconds before peeling the transfer
Repress for 10 seconds with parchment paper (Do not use Teflon or butcher paper)
Wait 24 hours before washing – turn the garment inside out, wash in cold water, avoid bleach and fabric softeners, and either tumble dry low or air dry

Additional Notes

• A heat press is required for application – these transfers cannot be applied with a household iron.

• We do not provide cutting, weeding, or masking services.

• Incorrectly formatted or low-resolution files may result in processing delays or unprintable designs. Please ensure your file meets our requirements before submission.
